Life Is A Choice

In our daily lives, we are faced with different challenges; it may be as simple as choosing which fast food restaurant to eat so that the twins will both enjoy. Or it can be as complex as which school offers the best education for my little girls. Most of the times we have to make a decision, and admit it or not; most women are worry-wart. This can be the reason why women start to show signs of aging earlier than men. Oh! I really hate those fine lines that are starting to come out, I need to check out for age spot removal to look better. Being a mother doesn’t mean you don’t have to look good right – it means you have to look even better

Resting at Home

Asthma may have gotten tired of resting for a whole year and decided to come out again. I already had a feeling last week that I will be in need of ventolin again because I frequently had to catch my breath when walking and coughing. It started with cough and colds and then during the weekend – I needed a puff already – and glad I had ventolin ready by that time. I may have been really tired these past few days to have triggered it once more.

I haven’t really enjoyed being at home this week because of this feeling. It might have been better if it was just plain vacation and catching up with the kids but it was a bit rough. Cough is the worst really. It was difficult to breath and it becomes more difficult when I need to cough. Arrggh.

What did I do these last couple of days? My designing mojo took a break too because my body can barely make me get out of bed. It just so happen I remembered i need to check on green shopping so I was forced to get up and check online. This vacation sure isn’t fun. My planned vacation leave for June may have been ruined because of this. Sheessh!

Hot Hot Summer!

These summer days are really killing me. It’s too hot! And now that the air conditioning unit at home broke down, we can’t do anything but deal with the heat. The kids can hardly sleep at night. Most of the time, they will wake up asking for cold water. The electric fans are not enough. Ugh – hubby was already complaining and begging on getting a new aircon but we still have a couple of payables that need to be prioritized.

The summer heat in Manila is getting worst every year. From the wrath of Ondoy last year, now comes El Nino phenomenon contributing to this heat. I can’t even use my best face cream daily because I feel really messy whenever I apply it on my face.

With this heat, I don’t think I will have the guts to go to the beach for a swimming. I was not blessed with a lighter skin color and I am afraid I will get even darker with day swimming. Am I missing a portion of my life by not going to the beaches? Probably, or maybe not

My New Profile Pic

Hehe…after more than a year of blogging and being on the digiland, I finally decided to change my profile photo. I have used this photo for over a long year and now it’s time for some change.

So, when my mom requested me to check online for a pulse oximeter, I immediately made this post. Just curious about how your comments on the photos. How do I look last year and currently? I felt I gained weight really. Lookie lookie!

Old New (still old LOL!)

Thanks to my personal photographer, I could get my pictures taken whenever I want to. LOL! I’m just a little frustrated that the camera has some problems lately. It has lens dust and needs to be checked at the nearest service center. I wonder if it will be there for long. I wanted to have a little summer vacation before the kids go to school this year and I want more photos for my scrapbooks. I have an ongoing album project this year right?

So, what can you say about me in 2009 and the me of 2010? My personal opinion? I looked older LOL! Don’t be afraid to leave your comments as I would love to have them.

Missing Some Friends

I was able to get a hold of some old friends online and we chat for more than an hour. I missed them. For more than 3years, we worked at the same company, laughed, watched movies, dine and go out together. Those were the younger days.

I was amazed at how we were able to get together that day. This guy friend of hours – who never frequents yahoo messenger and other social networking sites just happen to be online and looking for some testosterone cream reviews. Another friend happened to be online and had me join the conversation. We added a couple more online buddies and voila – instant online reunion.

It was a fun and enjoyable encounter. We are far from each other and yet it seems like we were just talking like before – sitting together on the company table for lunch and chitchat after. It has always been a happy and a lunch full of laughter and I am terribly missing those days.

How I wish I could still have time to enjoy and be myself like before. Times flew so quick and a lot has changed. Now, I am a mom to 2 lovely little princesses and my priority is them. My friends may have been far but surely, the friendship we made will never be forgotten. Missing you guys!
