Need to be Fit

Posted on May 18th, 2010 in Home And Well Being

The husband would probably get mad at me when he reads this post haha! But seriously, I think he needs to work and shed some pounds. He’s getting bigger and bigger every year and he’s constantly gaining weight. I have been seriously asking him to get into sports like badminton but he said he don’t want it. Honestly, if he could just get out of the house sometime and spend a few hours doing physical exercise, I think it’ll be helpful. But then, because of so much work in the office, he tends to just relax and stay at home watching his favorite animes and series for hours!

I have actually planned on buying him a fitness equipment but I wasn’t really sure if that will be of any use when it comes home so I decided not to. I need to convince him first that his lumbar can no longer support his upper body and he badly needs a diet.

Diet it is. Last year, he already tried but he was hospitalized. He drastically changed his normal eating habits from 2 cups of rice to no rice at all. He was able to do that for 2 weeks and then, he had migrane. He had fever and has systemic infection for reasons we don’t know. His body resistance became weak. The doctors mentioned that his crash diet triggered his migrane. After that, he was back to normal.

Oh Men – They Never Keep Tiring Us Women

I just recently need to go to the department store to look for a couple of men’s clothing for hubby and guess what, I kept going in circles because I just can’t decide what to buy for my picky hubby. He just doesn’t want to try something new – I mean new look. He’d always prefer the same old style, looks (mind you even the haircut). Should I say he doesn’t want to evolve? – Oh i pray he’s not reading this LOL!

Why did I go alone in the first place? Well – that has always been the case since 4years ago? Yeah, since we got married, I was rarely accompanied by him to the mall to shop for him. As much as he is not fond of a new look, he hates malls in particular. He doesn’t want to go to crowded places. Are all couch potatoes like that? I know he’s a home buddy and I pretty much understand why he doesn’t want to go out but it seems, it will kill me at some point LOL!

Oh men – they never keep on tiring us. Do you have some funny experiences of your hubby or your partners that you want to share? I will fond of listening to all of you so just pop in and leave a message. Don’t be shy, let’s talk it out! Waiting for you all…..
