Hubby is already working for 6 years in our company and he has been upset and depressed about almost everything. I saw his career slowly grow without a clear path of where he should be going. Constant change was not very helpful with him and instead it got him even more exhausted. But after everything, a new opportunity arise and we think this is just the right time. It came in just when we really needed it so I could say, it is indeed worth the wait.
