A good old fashionista friend came over to visit me yesterday, and gave me a crash course on updating my look. When I saw her raise an eyebrow as she saw me in those worn-out blue denims of ten years ago, I heard an alarm go off in my head, telling me that it was high time I heeded her advice.

She gave me a few easy pointers on how to look feminine without much effort. For starters, she brought me a cute, floral skirt which was so pretty, it reminded me of Mother’s Day Flowers in Los Angeles city.

When it comes to hair, short does not necessarily mean it’s not feminine. You can still look girly by parting it sideways. This looks especially good on a one-length bob.

If you don’t have any feminine outfits, you can make up for it by accessorizing. Put on chandelier earrings or a necklace with an eye-catching girly pendant.
