Sleep and Skin

I am not used to getting good sleep. Stress and work load always make me end up having sleepless nights. After I left work almost 2 weeks ago, it all felt different. I had less worries and I no longer receive calls in the middle of the night.

And if you are still looking for ways how to get rid of acne, I realized one thing over this week – get enough sleep and drink lots of water. It helps! A month before leaving the office was the most stressful part. Loads of work has to be delegated to my subordinate and knowledge transfer has to be completed on time. I haven’t had terrible pimples since 6 years ago and this month, it all came back. Stress does affect our skin condition and so is lack of sleep. So it you need a little pampering on your skin without extra cost, help yourself. :)

Thanks for the recommendation,., i have been like dying without sleep as its my exams time and I noticed dark circles around my eyes… I have been using many creams and scrubber but no change … N your article seem to help me on this … I hope things would be diff from now on as I don wan to b like Titanic hero Jack, but atleast… Thanks.. Keep the good work goin …
